  I went to this sheetz location to grab a couple of the big packs of pepperoni rolls and they were right there on the shelf, but the store wouldn't allow me to buy them because they "hadn't been counted in yet." This is incredibly inconvenient. If I wanted to wait for my food I would've ordered it from the kitchen. Find a more convenient way of doing this so that your customers don't have to be declined access to and purchase of fully stocked food. It's the most unprofessional and easily avoidable thing I've yet to witness at a business this mainstream.
